Today Loop
Terms of Use
Welcome to Today Loop. These terms are intentionally short and written in plain language. By using the app, you agree to them.
Using the app
Today Loop helps you capture thoughts, plan your day, and close it with a clear review. You may use it for personal or work productivity. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. Please do not misuse it, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
Your tasks and notes are yours. They are stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups (for example, via your device backup or the data export). When you share a task or a file you exported, you decide who receives it.
AI features
Today Loop can structure notes, suggest tags and lists, write daily summaries and weekly recaps, and draft plans for long-term goals. AI output is generated to be helpful but may be imperfect — please review anything important. On-device AI runs locally; Apple's Private Cloud Compute and, with Pro and your consent, our proxy process only the text needed for a single request and do not store it (details are in the Privacy Policy).
Not medical, nutritional, or financial advice. Challenge plans for weight, sleep, running, or money are educational: they suggest an order and a rhythm, and the decisions stay yours. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a personal financial recommendation. Talk to a doctor, a dietitian, or a non-profit credit counsellor about your own situation, and stop anything that makes you feel unwell.
Subscriptions (Pro)
- Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) sold through the Apple App Store. There is no one-time purchase.
- Price, billing period, and any free trial are shown on the paywall before you buy. A free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
- Core features remain free. Pro unlocks the weekly recap and full history, encrypted secret lists, lists that add a few tasks to Today each morning, the AI challenge planner, and Hybrid AI. Secret lists you created stay readable if Pro ends.
Availability
We work to keep the app reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for lost data or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups of anything important.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The published copy lives at todayloop.app/terms. These terms are published in English and in translation; if a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
