Email us
Write to [email protected] — bug reports, questions, refund problems, feature ideas, all of it. We read every message and reply, usually within two business days.
If something went wrong, it helps to say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your app version is in Settings → About → Version.
From inside the app, Settings → About → Send Feedback opens a mail draft that already carries your app version, iOS version, and device model, so you do not have to look any of it up. It never includes your tasks or notes.
Where my data lives
On your iPhone. Today Loop has no account and no server copy of your tasks, so your device backup is what protects them — check that it is on in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup. With Pro you can also write everything to a JSON file yourself: Structures → Data → Export data.
I forgot my App Lock passcode
Nothing is lost. On the passcode screen tap Forgot passcode?, authenticate with Face ID or your iPhone passcode, then set a new code or turn App Lock off. Your tasks stay exactly as they were.
Secret lists are different by design: they are encrypted on the device with a separate PIN, and that PIN has no recovery path. Without it the contents cannot be decrypted — not by us either.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Manage or cancel: your Apple account subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal.
- Bought Pro already, new iPhone: Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple turns you down and you think that is wrong, email us and we will help you make the case.
The AI features are missing or greyed out
On-device AI runs through Apple Intelligence, which needs an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or iPhone 16 or later, iOS 26 or later, Apple Intelligence turned on in iOS Settings, and a supported device language. Apple lists the exact requirements in their support article. Without it the app works fully; the AI conveniences step aside.
You choose how much leaves the device in Settings → Privacy. Secret lists never use cloud AI at all, whichever mode you pick.
